This unit in Eagle West was conveniently located on the first floor. The unit is small. The master bed is a comfortable king, but very squeaky. The convertible sofa was totally adequate for our 8 year old. It is a particular type of convertible that does not have a mattress on spring frame. The sleeping surface, a relatively dense foam, is an integral part of the structure. Having experienced many painfully uncomfortable convertible sofas of the spring frame type, I found this to be a comfortable alternative. It is firm, however.
The furnishings are low cost and some are worn/broken. The kitchen sink sprayer was broken, the bathroom vanity had a broken drawer front, the vanity light, a 3 bulb unit had one bulb out and the other 2 did not match, the front closet door did not latch properly, and the toilet flusher would get stuck causing it to run continuously until it was manually reset. The closets had available hangers and space for hanging, but were otherwise filled with all manner of stuff making and already small space feel tighter.
The owner lists this as, sleeps 6. Although, there was some kind of mattress in the bedroom closet, I have no idea where you could put this. The hallway, maybe? The unit sleeps 4.
The terrace area was dirty, as well. In the photo gallery, there is a picture titled ‘living area’ that shows a leather loveseat, coffee table and two Ottomans. This is not inside the apartment, as I thought it was. This area is in the lobby of the building.
