Amazing family retreat.
What an amazing stay. The stay was perfect for our family of 5 and was a quiet little slice of heaven. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. It provided the perfect home base for all of our activities. We will definitely book again if we make our way back to Alaska.

Great Cabin
Cabin was very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. Space was clean and extra linens were already for us if needed. Outside patio was the perfect place to grill food and chat with the other renters. The owner was super nice and easy to reach when we had a question. I highly recommend this place.

A Great Home Base for Your Kenai Travels!
The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed using the full kitchen and washer/dryer and the location was in a convenient spot for adventures in town or throughout the Kenai area.

This place was extremely clean and very comfortable. Loved having the two bedrooms and they were plenty large. Location was great when trying to visit the Kenai and Kasilof rivers, Homer, and Captain Cook State Park. Owner was extremely nice and very helpful.

This is a must stay at place! It’s our second time enjoying this gem. We were in town for our sons Junior Hockey games with the Kenai River Brown Bears. This townhouse is in a great location, it’s very cute and modern and very clean. The owners really take pride in their rentals. Highly recommend staying here!

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our Kenai River vacation. It's a great location and is very clean & comfortable. All major appliances - including washer/dryer - are new and in perfect condition. The property manager was very attentive to all of our needs. There's really nothing more in a vacation property that I could ask for.

Great place to stay!
The townhouse was very nice, new, clean, and quiet. It was so convenient having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The in-floor heating was great in the winter. Location was convenient to everything in the area. Owners were very pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

This review is highly influenced by the misleading statement of the property itself
Property is advertised as steps away from the Kenai. Only if you are Paul Bunyan. Estimate it is three football fields and is in a subdivision. When you get to the river it is littered with do not trespass signs. Rather than being able to fish from the property as is implied, much more effort is required. Since my goal in selecting this property was to fish in the morning or evening after sight seeing, the location was not conducive. If you are looking for a property on the river, this is not it. Property has adequate wifi, although it took several attempts to get it up and running. Never could figure out the TV but suspect it has more capability than we could figure out. Laundry facilities were excellent. Property is adequately furnished with basic essentials. It is quiet. Saw a moose in the back yard for those looking for nature.

Perfect rental for Soldotna
This property is a great place to stay when in Soldotna. Everything needed to relax and also get away from the main town. However, just a quick 3 min drive to the middle of town. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the kitchen, large BBQ and even over the great fire pit a few nights. We ate so well that we never even went out for dinner during the 4 nights we stayed. Saved a bunch of money also that way, so if this townhome is a little more than others, it evens out in the end. All the appliances are new and of great quality and even have a washer and dryer to make it easy to clean up after fishing and sitting by the fire. Beds were very comfortable and tempting for an afternoon nap. There was no need to even think about calling the local property manager as there were simply no issues and this place exceeded our high expectations. The unit is a 2 min walk down to the Kenai river, small marina and a great and local fish processer right there to help manage the bounty of the river, (Jolly Wally's). Their prices for processing are also better than any other we found in the area. And talk about clean, the fish processer business is just as clean as the house rental. EZ Limit Guide service is a one stop shop for hooking up for all types of experienced fishing guides who are simply top notch. Greg, Jeff and Wally were awesome and we went home with a bunch of great fish and memorable experiences. It would be nice to have a small dresser in each bedroom of the unit, but other than that, this place is perfect. Enjoy your trip! Beautiful cabin in the perfect location!
Beautiful, clean, and new cabin. Perfectly located near areas for salmon fishing, dipnetting, stores, breweries, and restaurants. Owners were very nice, helpful, and informative. Will definitely be back to rent this unit and the unit next door.
