"Super bel hôtel. Tout est impeccable. Les escaliers en marbre…la décoration…et que dire de la chambre! C’est grandiose. Également très bien situé. Nous avons utilisé un parking avec valet. 35 euros pour 24h. Le petit déjeuner était aussi excellent et très varié."

"The gardens were iconic and relaxing though the bathrooms were outdated and small and due to the tile flooring and wooden doors noise traveled far within the space. "

"I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it. "We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"
