The condo's 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King bed and two twins, while the two full bathrooms offer spa-like fixtures and amenities. The living area is complete with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen offers marble countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The views of the ocean and racetrack make dinner at the dining room table very special and the sunsets are amazing. You can spend time gazing at the awesome views through binoculars from the balcony or jumping on one of the two bikes and cruising down to the beach to surf. Beach chairs and toys are available to make your trips to our local beaches a memorable occasion.

Del Mar Race Track is literally across the street and can be seen from the balcony. The beach is within a 2-minute drive (10-minute walk). Downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach are also within 5 minutes of the property where there is plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
