Nice apartment
Well equipped, nice apartment in a decent holiday resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kusadasi and the surrounding is definitely worth visiting.

Excellent apartment with all home comforts tv washing machine air conditioning very modern and in a great location for the pools and main restaurants food was unlimited and lots to choose from buffet style or sit down all staff were friendly and always cleaning and tidying up the place was spotless . entertainment every night was brilliant and kept kids entertained definitely a great family place as the entertainment team were amazing. Definitely recommend this apartment 100%

Superbe Location à Kusadasi
Tres bel appartement dans un resort de golf privé. Les 2 chambres ainsi que le salon sont équipés de la climatisation. Deux terrasses pour profiter de la vue magnifique. Deux salles de bain, très pratique au retour de la piscine. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine principale avec toboggans, musique et animations. Mais il y a aussi 8 autres piscines plus calmes à disposition. Le coût de la location de l'appartement de Lee n'inclut pas les repas ni le pdj, mais la réception propose une solution très intelligente : vous pouvez y acheter un séjour all inclusive, mais aussi simplement y ouvrir un compte et consommer à votre guise pdj ou déjeuner ou dîner, le solde de votre compte se règle en fin de séjour. On n'est donc pas obligé de toujours manger sur place, d'autant que Kusadasi offre tellement de choix et de delices. C'est une superbe location dans une région magnifique et le tarif est très raisonnable en pleine saison. Un grand merci à Lee qui est toujours disponible par téléphone pour vous accompagner ou vous aider, il est aux petits soins, c'est très très appréciable. Nous reviendrons, cest certain.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Ferienanlage mit wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir haben hier über Pfingsten erholsame zwei Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, entsprechend der Beschreibung komplett ausgestattet und somit perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub geeignet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit sämtliche Pools und Einrichutungen der Ferienanlage zu nutzen. Die sieben Rutschen und vielen einzelnen Poolanlagen haben den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Das Abendprogramm mit den vielfältigen, professionellen Shows waren beeindruckend und unterhaltsam. Schön war auch, dass wir nach Lust und Laune die verschiedenen Restaurants besuchen konnten und nach Belieben am immer guten Buffetrestaurant Frühstücken oder Abendessen durften (am Ende separat mit Rezeption abzurechnen). Mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir verschiedenste Ausflüge unternehmen und so einige schöne Strände, BeachClubs, den Nationalpark, Ephesus, die Stadt Kusadasi und vieles mehr besuchen. Alles in allem ein prima Urlaub den ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Insgesamt toller Urlaub bis auf ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten
Wir waren drei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Leider hatten wir einen schlechten Start. Es begann schon beim Einchecken an der Rezeption des Resorts. Dort konnte man keine Reservierung finden! Oh Schreck! Da ist uns das Herz fast stehengeblieben. Waren wir einem Betrüger in die Arme gelaufen ?? Das war unser erster Gedanke! Wir hatten Unterlagen der Buchung dabei auch den Namen des Eigentümers. Man bestätigte uns nach Prüfung, dass die Wohnung auch tatsächlich diesem Mann gehören würde. Gottseidank, doch kein Betrug! Aber, man wollte uns trotzdem den Schlüssel nicht geben, da eine schriftliche Berechtigung für die Schlüsselübergabe fehlte. Wir suchten in den Unterlagen, nichts dabei. Wir versuchten den Eigentümer über Handy zu erreichen, kein Erfolg! Zwischenzeitlich wandte man sich an der Rezeption von uns ab. Man war grundsätzlich nicht sehr hilfsbereit, was die Sache nicht einfacher machte. Kurz gesagt, hat man uns grad stehengelassen. Mein Mann rief dann bei FewoDirekt an, dort bestätigte man die Telefonnummer des Eigentümers. Anschliessend bat mein Mann einen anderen Angestellten um Hilfe. ( Er beherrscht die Landessprache) Der erklärte sich bereit, selbst dem Eigentümer anzurufen ( warum nicht gleich so ). Schliesslich erreichte er ihn und forderte das benötigte Dokument an. Wir konnten also endlich nach zwei Stunden in die Wohnung. Dem noch nicht genug, die Wohnung war zwar aufgeräumt aber schmutzig. Also erst mal von oben bis unten putzen. Jetzt kann der Urlaub beginnen..... Nach der zweiten Nacht am Morgen, brüllt eine Frau ihre Lunge aus der Kehle. Wir erschrocken, ist was passiert ?? Es stellte sich heraus, es war die Putzfrau. Sie teilte uns mit, dass vergessen wurde die Wohnung vor unserer Ankunft zu reinigen. Da wir schon geputzt hatten und auch schon begonnen hatten die Bettwäsche zu waschen nahm sie den Rest zur Reinigung mit. Aber jetzt konnte der Urlaub beginnen und es war toll.
