We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."

"Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. Highly recommend, fantastic hotel."

"Hotel location is just perfect for a quiet stay right on the beach! We had a Deniz standard room, but nothing was standard - the room was just huge, well furnished, climate controlled, comfortable bed, a spacious walk in shower and a huge balcony offering an unforgettable view of the sunsets! Hotel manager Mr. Sabri went far and beyond to situate us in a room and make us feel home during our stay. The lobby and walkways are all welcome you with flowering pots, so you feel walking through some paradise. There a few dining options and a fresh bakery shop on ground and around. The Ladies Beach was not crowded, safe for small children, good for experienced swimmers and even offered options for some water sports activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who enjoy quiet nights on the water."
