"Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. ABER: Der check-in war leider sehr ärgerlich. Wegen eines bahnstreiks kam ich erst 22 in Arezzo an, was nach nettem Kontakt aber kein Problem wäre. Es gab Instruktionen für...

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"Amazing place to stay, really well located. We didn’t get our check in email until after we had arrived so didn’t have the code to get into our room (the desk is not open late afternoon) other than that no complaints. "

"Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself. The place we rented was like a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, tv room, dining room, and bedroom, bathroom was really big too. The view is outstanding. "Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."
