The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Had to clip the curtain together with hair clip and spray curtain with bug spray to prevent bugs from entering. Have to close doors by dawn to stop ferry noises, or mum the public’s chit...

Location great - very close to train station and lake front. Great value hotel all in all. Breakfast not so good. We were told it was 8-10, arrived at 8.05 to find the door...
