The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. "Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat alle Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden."

"It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt 🤩"

"Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

"Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him. The villa was clean and very nice. Matteo was very thoughtful, friendly and provided lots of helpful information (like restaurants, destination of activities for the kids, …) for us. We enjoyed the tranquility and the idyll. "Waren 10 Tage mit unserem Hund in Bulciano und haben die Natur und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß als wir dort waren, aber im Haus und im Garten fand sich immer ein kühler Platz zum ausruhen. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, und der Hund konnte ungestört laufen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber für uns ausreichend. In der Umgebung gibt es kleine Städte zum erkunden und einige Ausflugsziele. Es war ein schöner Urlaub"

"The small town of Penticara, is lovely. The hike on Mt Aquilone is amazing.. the location makes for easy access to all the near by towns. Lots of local restaurants and good food within 10 min drive, or walk to the town itself.. the owners were great.. and made finding the place very easy.. I was by myself.. but would also be fantastic for a larger group.. I would rent again if I am in the area.."
