"I chose this place because I had an early international flight. I arrived late in the evening. Checkin was fast and painless, the property seemed nice though all the food and beverage amenities were closed so no chance to test the restaurant or rooftop bar. Overall, it was a good spot for what I needed."

"The staff attended to my check-in, Riki, was extremely helpful and has great initiative. As we travelled in a big group of 3 families (11 ppl including kids), priority was transportation as we were heading to Bandung via Whoosh. He assisted in coordinating transport with the drivers and provided me with updates and with his help, the process was such a breeze. So, Thank you Riki for your great service!"

"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Then shuttle bus sent me back to airport for flight to Bali Island. Everything is perfect. I flight from JFK to CGK instead to Bali Island, because business class ticket was much cheaper, I may do this again."
