"Leopard Walk Lodge: A Perfect African Retreat
After a demanding business trip from the USA, Leopard Walk Lodge was the ideal place to unwind before my 30-hour flight home. With a small number of luxury lodges, each designed for complete privacy, it offers a serene escape in the heart of the African bush. The accommodations are beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could need, including excellent WiFi. However, it’s the stillness of the wilderness that truly soothes the soul, inviting relaxation and rejuvenation.
The staff’s hospitality was exceptional. From the flawless check-in and check-out process to their warm Zulu smiles, they made me feel like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail ensured every need was met effortlessly.
The food was outstanding, with both breakfast and dinner showcasing home-cooked quality and local flavors. Service during meals was attentive yet unobtrusive, adding to the overall sense of comfort.
Whether relaxing on my private deck or exploring the nearby paths, I was immersed in the peaceful beauty of the bush. Watching the sky shift at sunrise and sunset was magical, reinforcing the lodge’s calming atmosphere.

"Bushwillow's Boutique Red Ivory self-catering chalet in Hluhluwe is a little piece of private paradise! Surrounded by the dense sand forest, with prolific bird-life and excellent walking trails, the chalet is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, luxuriously finished and comfortably equipped. The private plunge pool and complete tranquility offer an unforgettable opportunity to simply "breathe", relax and ENJOY! We're already planning our return journey...."
