"This loft is spacious, cozy and a great location for Notre Dame proximity. Way better quality for cost. It took maybe 15 minutes to get to campus/parking. It’s also right by Main St in Niles. We walked to a coffee shop every day. The host is very communicative and responsive. We felt safe and secure. We had some cleanliness issues which we shared with the host. This is the reason for four stars versus five. "

"Our stay was great. The unit was beautifully restored and laid out nicely. I thought it was far nicer than the photos posted online. Everything we needed was there at the property. There’s a wonderful restaurant just downstairs which was really nice when I didn’t feel like cooking. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. "

"Met all of our needs. The fenced in backyard was very nice considering how close to the road it was with the kids. The wifi must have been down as the network wasnt popping up on any devices. The high chair was very nice as we didnt have room to bring ours. The welcome packet listing food nearby was helpful. Beds were comfortable and having, toys and dvds to entertain kids was much appreciated. Jessica was very easy to work with and alwasy responded promptly to my messages as im not a frequent...

"We only needed a one-night stay, so this was perfect for what we needed. But there is not a kitchen or personal coffee maker in this unit. But the common area has a Kuerig, so this was not really an issue for us. We think these lofts are great and will most likely be back but check the amenities before you arrive. The river is a great place for a morning or early evening walk. Great location near fun stops like St. Joe, New Buffalo and lake Michigan"
