"Beautiful remote Sardinia, this hotel is set in beautiful, exceptionally kept grounds. Ample parking, a lovely room, beautiful gardens. Staff very welcoming, got by even with little English/Italian. Wish I had been staying for longer than 1 night but this was just a stopover on our way from South Sardinia to the North. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, we went for pizza and it was excellent. Absolute bargain stay, would highly recommend. "

"Wonderful staff and the best breakfast we experienced at this price point in the whole of our Sardinia holiday. On booking in we were upgraded to a suite (probably to accommodate the many motorcycle and pedal cycle group tours that use the property). The suite was overly large for 2 people, was musty smelling, very dark and overlooked the road with no pleasant view. "A very relaxing resort with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. It has great pools and a dedicated beach. It has a lot of free parking but on our, very late, arrival it took us a while to find a space due to some sort of event. It is only 5 minutes drive from a little town that has some great restaurants. We also enjoyed walking through the forest parallel to beach - shade and sea breezes."

"Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind. Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude. This wasn't simply a language issue as although most people we met in Sardinia did not speak English, they were generally happy to try to help us and...

"Not a four star hotel. Pictures suggest enchanting luxury hotel set in a beach location but reality is starkly different. Room was clean but small, no tea/coffee facilities, television reception poor and monitor was desktop size, mattress was foam (very uncomfortable), aircon poor and shower door damaged."
