"Why isn't there a 6 star option? This place is amazing. We were 2 adults (friends) and 2 children. Our cabin had beds for all of us, even a separate room for the adolescents who declared it was the "best day of their life" when they discovered they could close the door on us. On top of that, the bathroom was small but immaculate and beautifully renovated. In the main room, there was a large table and a large fridge (with a freezer) besides the microwave. Everything spotless. Finally the staff, all 3 that we met, were delightful....friendly, helpful and really added to our experience. Oops almost forgot to mention the Regional Park, 5 mins drive away where we sledded, built snow women and had lots more to explore. That's on top of the lake being right across the street with easy access. We want to come back in the early Fall! Thank you kind people at Cedar Glen Lodge"

"Sweet little gem on the water at a great price. Clean and well stocked as a studio. The queen bed advertised was actually a Murphy bed double. But all else, including staff was wonderful!"

"I always try to stay here when I come up for work. Really nice, clean facilities and the prices are always lower than I’d expect. Close to ski resorts and downtown truckee. "
