"We were lucky enough to happen across this gem when searching for a quiet location close to Santander that would accommodate us and our two small dogs in a hurry. We were taken aback by the extent of kindness and curtesy extended to us by Ivan and warmed by a welcome that was genuine. "No tea or coffee facilities in room. Also car parking was 16 euro / night and was very tight as it was underground with a lift and was not explained when booking it."
