"I started writing the review the minute I entered the gates to this property. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We were greeted by two large firm dogs, willow and Wade. They were the sweetest ever. The property was beautiful and extremely clean. It was exactly as described. The owner was amazing and very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again."

"We came into Athens for a night to visit a group of friends that were in town for the marathon, and Bart’s property was absolutely perfect for us. There were 3 couples, 6 adults total, and we all appreciated comfortably having our own rooms with queen or king sized beds. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, as well as a great central location off of Broad. Bart was also very kind, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our future visits as well!"
