"Hotel was easy to get to from airport using public transport. Staff were excellent and provided great suggestions for dinner. The room was lovely and clean. Location easy walk to river, aquarium, cable cars etc. Also close to train station. Highly recommend dining at Pateo, which was a suggestion made by staff. It was a 2 min walk from the hotel and both the staff and meal were exceptional. Would definitely stay here again."

"My stay was very pleasant. I got housekeeping every with fresh linen. The fitted sheet, pillow case and the duvet covers were changed everyday. The staff were courteous and friendly. They allowed me to check in early with no additional costs because they saw that I was tired from traveling for the last 24 hours. Room service was great. The bathroom and bedroom were cleaned to my standard. I would stay here again"

Excellent service, clean and quiet hotel. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. It was our first time in Portugal and thanks to this hotel, I can say we have a place to stay when we visit Lisbon next time."
