"Kids (and grown ups) loved the pool and the outside spaces. We chilled in the peace and quiet and felt very safe. Raquel and her family were brilliant hosts, Raquel was always at hand if needed with suggestions for parking in Santiago and where to eat, etc. The fact that our lack of speaking Spanish wasn't a problem thanks to Raquel (and Google translater).
