Great Tent & Pool, Bathrooms need Work
We had a really good time staying in the glamping tent. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was fun and we were able, even with a ton of kids playing, have a good time. The only drawback to the experience was the restrooms. The men’s restroom had been vandalized and it was out of order, meaning that anyone needing to use the restrooms would need to go to the pool bathrooms at night (a bit of a trek). Also, the bathroom floors were really gross. They didn’t seem kept up very well. There are a lot of campers and people at this location so I can imagine it’s a chore to keep them clean. This should, in my opinion, be a priority. We traveled a few minutes into the town of Soap Lake to have a meal and drinks. There was live music at the bar. Food was great and it was easy to get back to our tent after. Overall, we had a great time.

awful
watch these types of third party bookings, out of all three entities involved in this no one wants to step up and help when there is an issue. they just keep passing you along. communication was awful checking staff was rude and not helpful. Booking was not what I was told I was getting. My construction of my rental was incomplete causing personal body injury that no one wants to take accountability for. soap lake is a beautiful lake but no one tells you it's not usable or swimmable because the sand fleas are out of control! pool area was greasy and dirty witnessed several children throwing up limited staff to clean it even on occasion that a child threw up and no one came to clean it out of the pool. overcrowded and overrated

Must stay
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the property. The beds were phenomenal! I have a hard time not sleeping in my own bed and my husband calls me a bad snob.. Is we actually went home in purchase the same mattress. Checking in was very easy we were helped out by Big Xander 😆 He even brought us a space heater because I got a little cold one night. Everything was perfect and we will definitely go again
