"We were placed in a different unit than we had reserved which reduced the number of beds so one of my sons had to sleep on the couch. The host responded to our communications but what he had to say was disappointing and unhelpful including telling me they don’t provide hand towels or washcloths in any of their units but there were paper towels in the kitchen. One of the beds had a flat sheet draped on it but it wasn’t tucked and there was no blanket for that room. Is a made bed and hand towel...

"We could not have been happier with our second stay at the Moses Lake Bungalow!! My wife and I came out here 2 years ago and had such a great experience that we booked this same home again. Lisa and Doug are amazing, the place is spotless clean and is stocked with everything you could need for your visit. If we are fortunate enough to find ourselves back out in Washington, we will definitely be looking here first! "
