"It was close to Camp Cody wedding venue, bed was comfortable and place was clean. Everything was was great. Maybe not the place for anyone with mobility issues, as there are quite a few stairs to enter."

"The home is beautiful, so spacious and very clean. We had 5 children aged three and under in our party, and the amenities for small children (changing tables, gates on the stairs, outlet covers, indoor and outdoor toys) were SO appreciated. We loved how secluded the property was, having space for the kids to roam and shout and play, but we also had pretty easy proximity to North Conway and Storyland for activities. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We rented this cute home which was centrally located, had river access and allowed our dogs. The place was great and well appointed. Abbey was sooooo responsive to all of our needs!! She returned our texts very quickly and even delivered a new coffee maker to us when we realized that there was no carafe for the existing coffee maker. The location adjacent to the river was perfect and even managed a fire in the backyard fire pit for which there was ample firewood supplied. I would not hesitate...

"My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs. We had a great time and it was just enough space for the 4 of us. Sean gave us easy to follow directions and was a great communicator. The space was clean and we appreciated having an AC. Highly recommend for a weekend get away!"

"Incredible stay at black bear lodge. Perfectly nestled in the trees, the lodge had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedrooms were well appointed and the living space with the log fires in the lounge and kitchen were dreamy. We had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent the entire time. "The property was wonderful to be right on the pond with so many amenities. The kids loved swimming all day and we were able to take the paddle boat and kayak out! It’s a beautiful and quiet pond. We loved the deck space and rocking chairs. The inside was what we expected but would have loved updated sheets, more than one towel or if the listing had said no towels we would have brought some.
