Ski-in Ski-out remodeled Condo!! Walk out of the building and you are on the top of Ballhooter lift! This condo is on the village side and it is just a few steps from the exit of the building to the slopes.

Mountain Lodge is the best location on the mountain!

Brand new private balcony with two chairs and table! Compare to other ML condos that share the balcony with your neighbor.

Welcome to our ski condo #207 located in Mountain Lodge.
Our condo is remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and beautiful hardwood floors. You will feel right at home with a queen in the first bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps 7. Both of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TV's, with lots of high definition channels and premium channels included in the lineup.
The kitchen is well stocked and includes a crock-pot, waffle maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and Keurig. There is not a dining room table, just the bar with stools and a coffee table that rises up to add four extra places to sit and eat.
There are two full bathrooms with a combination tub/shower in each.
The condo has a built-in ski rack with lots of extra hooks.
We have a washer/dryer located in the condo along with a boot dryer. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevator for larger loads.
Just a reminder...this is a mountain condo, and it does NOT have air-conditioning. There are several box fans provided.

Split Rock Pools and hot tubs are right next door. You must pay an additional daily fee to access this amenity.

Mountain Lodge has its own security-guarded parking lot for Mountain Lodge guests. Snowshoe is in the middle of nowhere. Plan ahead and bring anything you might need. There is a small general store a short walk across the parking lot, where you will be able to purchase some groceries. There is a Dollar General at the bottom of the Snowshoe Mountain about 10 to 15 minute drive. The full size grocery store and liquor store is a little over 30 minutes away from Mountain Lodge in Marlinton.

Cell service is limited due to the mountainous terrain. AT&T is the best service provider. Verizon service is limited in the area, but generally available in the village.

The Lodge offers a spacious lobby with a large stone fireplace that is a perfect location for family fun. ML features a skating rink with artificial ice in the atrium area; a game room offering over 30 video games and amusements and a children's play area. Tickets for ice skating and the playground can be purchased online or at the front desk.
The guest service desk is open 24 hours in season to serve you with, retail items, and area information.

Mountain Lodge Guests are strictly prohibited from having animals of any kind in Mountain Lodge.

Smoking, vaping, any tobacco products or marijuana are strictly prohibited anywhere in Mountain Lodge or within 25 feet of the building. This includes no smoking vaping or marijuana on the decks. Bikes are not allowed in the building. Storage for bikes is available in the shed in our parking lot. Visit the front desk for details.

The cleaning fee includes an initial set-up of linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and bath soap. Replacements and/or additional supplies are available for a fee at the front desk.

Snowshoe is the island in the sky. The village is at the top of the mountain. Mountain Lodge provides a truly unique ski in and ski out experience. You can wake up in the morning and grab your skis, take a few steps to the slope, and ski down the mountain without first riding the lift. You can walk to the village to experience dining, shopping, and a fun atmosphere.

Our condo has its own free dedicated internet in the condo with wireless router so you don't have to worry about the strength of the Mountain Lodge wi-fi. You will have your own private router for easy connections to all your family's devices.
There is a phone in the condo, which allows free long distance to the continental US and Canada.

The great location spoiled us, I won't ever stay at a place where I need a 10-minute shuttle to get to the slopes. Cozy 2-bed 2-bath with a small shared space for watching tv. The kitchen w. microwave met all our needs. Temp of condo couldn't be controlled in unit due to high heat settings of the overall building...we opened the window (24F outside) to keep things 75F inside. We spent lots of time outside, the easy access to the slopes really was wonderful.

We enjoyed the location of the property, convenient for skiing. There have been recent upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. However the bedroom with one bed is very small and there is no dresser to unpack or put stuff on. There was only one luggage rack for 1 suitcase. The beds were new but very very firm.

Nice Condo in a Prime Location
This unit is very nicely renovated and furnished. The owner was great with communication and wanted to be sure we had the best possible experience. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and private parking was a plus. I wish we could give it 5 stars, but Mountain Lodge leaves a lot to be desired. To be clear, the location is top notch - this unit in particular is maybe a 1 minute walk out to skiing. The outside of Mountain Lodge looks very modern and new, but inside the building everything feels dated, dingy, and worn out. The entire building smells bad, and the hall carpet looks like it's 30 years old. For some reason the building is always hot too - even when it was 15 degrees outside, it was 75 in our bedroom with the heat turned off. The owners have a nice unit in a great location, but we will choose someplace other than Mountain Lodge on our next visit to Snowshoe.

We had a great time at the mountain lodge condo. The lodge itself is older but the condo has been updated. We loved being able to leave the building and go right to the slopes! The condo is so close to everything. Great communication with the host. Will plan to stay again.

Location is key
Great condo when you don't want to shuttle kids to the slopes. Its location is perfect to let the kids go ski. We didn't drive once all week. Everything right there. Perfect size for three adults and three teenagers. The owner was great and very informative.

A Very well maintained unit, fully renovated and upgraded to top standards. A property manager was super helpful and responsive especially when we encountered reservation issues due to VRBO system error. Check in was 1 hour delayed but that’s not ownenr’s fault. Very cozy apartment right on the slope that met all our expectations. Thank you! Definitely coming back.

It had been many years since I had been up to Snowshoe & this trip gave me a chance to reacquaint myself w/the resort. The owners have done a nice reno w/this condo however Mountain Lodge itself looks, feels, (smells) like it's aging. Our group was my husband plus our 3 teens...a little tight but worked for 3 nights. Nice TVs & good selection of channels, mattresses were very uncomfortable & these units really heat up (many other guests had their doors propped open) & thermostat doesn't seem to control the temps. Nice having the restaurants in easy walking distance...we had great skiing. Snowshoe itself has really jacked up their prices on everything & restaurants had slow service & food was average- at best.

Nice updates and great use of space
Nice 2BR accommodation at Mountain Lodge. Nice location near the door for walkout/ski-out onto the slopes. We've stayed in a few Mountain Lodge 2BRs and this one really made the best use of space and was decorated quite nicely. Recent updates make this condo feel more modern. The living room is comfortable and more functional than other 2BR condos at Mountain Lodge we've seen. Good communications with host as well. One note for potential renters who have specific mattress needs: the mattress in the Master Bedroom is very firm. The other mattresses (in the other bedroom) were less so, and quite comfortable.

Great location and cozy condo
We stayed at Snowshoe to mountain bike with our kids for the first time and had a lovely time. Mary is absolutely a wonderful host. The condo is incredibly convenient to literally everything...the pool, the lift, the restaurants. The condo is small (as all of them are at Mtn Lodge) but they have upgraded it well. We were so busy with the various activities at Snowshoe that we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. My only reservation is with the Mtn Lodge in general (which is not the homeowners issue). Mtn Lodge is old, out dated and in my sons words "creepy". Luckily this unit is on the end near the exit so we didn't have to spend any time in Mtn Lodge other than checking and checking out.

We had a girls trip to the mountain for Memorial Day festivities and the condo was lovely! Mary is an excellent host - very helpful and kind! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable - very clean and incredibly convenient to the get to everything Snowshoe has to offer!

Looked at several properties and this provided the best value for the price. Location is very good, literally ski-in/ski-out which is nice. Compared to other units we previewed thru VRBO this one appeared the nicest and pictures are accurate. Owner (Mary) is extremely helpful and communicated early and often. Small issue with 2nd bath shower and she was very responsive and maintenance fixed the next morning. Well stocked kitchen and offered everything we needed. Place is a little small and complex is very dated; however condo upgrades are good. First time here but very happy with accomodations.

Perfect Ski-In Ski-Out Condo
This condo is the perfect stay for those that want to be on the slopes all day and have a simple stay. Mary was a great owner to deal with, super nice and helped us be prepared for our stay. Parking is tough right now so bring your 4-wheel drive vehicles! Condo can be toasty at times after everyone thaws in hot showers or cooking meals, we just cracked the window open to cool down. Beds were comfortable but bring pillows since the ones provided are wrapped up in plastic protective coverings. We would love to come back again when Covid does not have everything shut down and hindering the staff, cleaning crews and restaurants.

We rented this property for a three day ski trip. Mary was fantastic to work! She was easy to get in touch with and quickly responded to any questions we had. The location was great. You are right next to the slopes making for a quick start in the morning and right at the top of one of the lift so it was easy to return to the property for lunch, to warm up or at the end of the day. Property was as described. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location!
We had a big group meeting us in snowshoe. Most of them rented at mountain lodge. Our condo was very clean and updated nicely! Had everything we needed and right downstairs from the lift! No walking around, dragging your skis, snowboard, etc. Perfect! No whiny kids and teenagers! The owner is wonderful! Keeps you updated on everything you need, along with dining, grocery delivery services, etc. Couldn’t ask for better, more organized condo owner. It makes all the difference! Most of our crew had no contact with their condo owners and not updated at all. This is the spot!
