This property is extremely outdated. The HVAC system was not responding as we moved the dials around so we had to sleep with the windows open because the unit was so hot. In addition, there were people screaming in the hallways and this unit is inconveniently located about as far away from the elevator as possible. Lastly, the host did not respond to us or send us the pre-read about checking-in and the area, that he originally promised right after we booked. The service at Snowshoe is awful so it would have alleviated some stress had he communicated what he promised. Will not be staying again.
