Our stay was wonderful!

The house is beautiful and clean! We were celebrating my grandmother‘s 80th birthday with our large family. The house accommodated us wonderfully! My only suggestion, for the host is to be more clear and communicate about the check-in process. It got a little confusing, trying to go to the check-in place who is through one agency, but communicating all questions through red awnings, and suddenly being told to get a hold of the host for specific questions on checking in and checking out. It just felt like a lot of parties involved for one property, which I understand as the host might not be in town. Perhaps a well crafted email detailing how to get to the two different locations to pick up keys, and details on how to get to the house, as once you’re on the mountain there is zero reception! And to maybe keep a binder detailing directions on what to do for check out day and how to take garbage out to the dumpster. :)
