"We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. "Lighting is much to be desired. Needs serious updating. 3 of the 6 bulbs were out. Of course no AC and condo in corner and gets little circulating air with windows open. Fan on ceiling is worthless. No ice trays in freezer makes it difficult to enjoy any drink. Refrigerator wobbles and is not balanced. Overall great location and a nice stay."
