"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."
