The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us. So the kitchen cabinets were filled with house feces and all we had to clean it with was dish soap. Also, the coffee pot had mold and old coffee grinds. Again nothing to clean with. "We really enjoyed our weekend stay and Pines Cabin. The property was gorgeous and accommodated our large group. Chris was a wonderful host as well and I highly recommended staying here at beautiful Norris Lake. "

I could have used some guidance as to how to work the heating system since I was unfamiliar with the system at the cottage. 2. It was freezing outside, and being that I do not have a tub at home, I really wanted to take a relaxing soak in the tub but the bath plug would not work so I was unable to fill the tub with any water.3. "We rented this cabin for the weekend just to celebrate a birthday and a graduation. The cabin was great. It was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed having the pool which was clean just needed a hand railing to enter, which the owner said he'd find out what happened to it. Enjoyed having the lake even though the gnats were bad near this end of it, it was great to kayak on. House was plenty big n had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
