At unit 2314, the Salt sea air and ocean birds greet you from your ocean side balcony with a side slice view of the community pool and an ocean view. A bunk niche, comfy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect condo for a small family or to host the grandkids.

Free Parking for 2 vehicles. Outdoor showers at the pool.  Elevator or Stairs to property level.

Property Level: We are a one story condo on the third floor. 
Kitchen: counter seating for 3, granite countertops, double stainless steel sinks, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances and fully equipped for making meals at home.

Living Room: dinette for 3, queen size sofa sleeper, recliner, wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite private balcony
Balcony: ocean view, seating for 2
Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, ensuite bath
Primary Ensuite Bath: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.
Alcove: built in twin over twin bunks
Shared Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Elevator Policies:  
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pool Notice:

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. While owners are allowed to bring their dog, St. Regis HOA does not permit travelers to bring a pet. 

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
-After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
