Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1-2 bedrooms.

Home located in Cape Island Community, North Topsail Beach NC 28460...Soundfront and Ocean View and from upstairs Balconies., wrap-around porch to enjoy sunrise, sunset, or enjoy the peaceful breeze. HOA maintained pool, private beach access with parking..

4 bedroom 3.5 full bath, queen sleeper sofa in common area sleeps 10....wifi internet

Community Dock/pier, Community Pool, Community Beach access with parking pass/permits (2)

Day dock to launch any kayaks or paddle boards you may want to bring.

Rent a golf cart and golf across the road to the beach access and/or one of the best restaurants on the island, Splash by the Sea.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.

Definitely Will Book Again! Exceeded Our Expectations!
We had the most relaxing, peaceful, and fun stay! Our family and friends had plenty of room. I loved all the bathroooms-no waiting for your turn! It’s right on the water with the beach access right there too. Fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s a gorgeous house and was perfect for our trip. Thank you for hosting us!
