The spacious driveway provides plenty of parking – even room for your boat. Enter from the ground-level carport, where you’ll find “The Alcove” – a cozy space with a queen bed and smart TV, perfect for teens or adults.

The main living area, one story up, features a living room with a 60-inch smart TV and plenty of seating. The dining area seats 8, and the kitchen bar has 5 stools. A half bath is on this floor. The oceanfront deck off the living room includes a table for 6, outdoor seating, and direct access to the beach via a private walkway.

On the top floor, the oceanfront master suite boasts a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck access. This upper deck offers unmatched ocean views by day and stunning starry skies at night. Lounge in one of the four sun chairs for sunbathing or stargazing.

Also upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV, while the Bunk Room has two bunk bed sets and its own smart TV – perfect for kids. A full hallway bath with a tub/shower serves these bedrooms.

Additional features include a gas grill in the carport for fresh seafood or steaks and a hose for rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy games, books, and relaxation.

Pet-Friendly: Bring up to two dogs with approval and pet fees.

This part of North Topsail Beach offers uncrowded, wide-open space for your family to play games, enjoy beach music, and spread out without interruption. Let the kids safely enjoy the surf, thanks to a sandbar 30-40 feet out, or splash in the tidal pools.

Great surf fishing awaits near the remnants of an old pier just north of the house. Surf, boogie board, or relax – it’s all at your doorstep.

Summer here stretches from May to October, making this the perfect getaway for long beach days and starry nights.

We enjoyed staying at God's Grace. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with lots of items though we chose not to cook too much. The views were wonderful from both porches. Sofa and king bed were comfy. Amy was a joy to work with!

Perfect Location
God’s Grace was a perfect location for a family beach stay. We loved the private access to the beach, the primary suite’s lulling sounds of the ocean at night, and ease to fit our family of 7 with our small dog. Amy was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful. Our only complaint was the kitchen, it wasn’t very clean and Amy immediately offered to have the cleaning crew come again.

What a beautiful place!
We had a wonderful week at Gods Grace. We were a group of 3 teens, one pre teen and 4 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. Most of our time was spent on the beach or on one of the two porches. I hope to return again soon.

Great House! Great Location! Awesome Owners!
My family and I spent an extended weekend from 10/6 to 10/9. The house is in a great spot with direct access to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house and more. The owner was in contact with me from the first moment of reserving the house till the day I left. I happen to meet the neighbors who were also amazing people. We had a great time. I would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Overall a very nice stay
Very clean and fully stocked. The location on the beach was spot on for us. We like a relaxed and quiet area and this hit the spot. To get to more commercial areas, it was only a 6 or so mile trip to Surf City so very convenient. It was also just a short 4-5 mile trip across the North bridge to Sneads Ferry. The house was very clean inside. The outside was your typical beach house with a few years under its belt (the salt is very hard on everything) so it’s going to need some attention soon. We had a full house with 8 people and it was a little cramped but not horrible. Communication with the owner could not be better and we had no issues with anything not working or being broken. If I were to be critical of anything it would be not having an outside water hose to wash things off. They had a hand held shower head but a garden hose would be a nice addition. The outside deck and walkway to the beach is going to need some attention soon as well. Again, the salt is hard on everything! This wasn’t the nicest beach house that I’ve ever stayed in but it was far from the worst as well. I would say it’s a solid 4 star beach house with a 5 star location.

Labor Day getaway
The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view is amazing and the ease of walking just steps to the beach makes the whole experience so easy. There’s a hose to wash off the sand and equipment before putting it on the porch. We talked to our neighbors who have been coming down for several years and stayed in this property before and had nothing but great things to say about Amy. It was just a quick 10 min drive to town to get ice cream, dinner etc. the beach was not crowded at all which was wonderful. I didn’t have to wake up at 6am to run out to put my chairs out to get a prime spot. There was plenty of space right in front of our house!!! I have already booked our trip for next year!!

Great view and access to beach
It was in a nice area. Loved the view from the family room and the quick access to the beach. Tropical Storm Debby put a bit of a damper on the week, but we were still were able to get in beach time especially at the beginning of the week. Towards the end of the week, we dealt with moderate wind and heavy rains off and on. Thankful that the storm was not as bad as it could have been. Overall the home was comfortable. Host communication and property cleanliness did not meet expectations based on the reviews we read prior to booking.

The Perfect Vacation!
We spent three amazing weeks at God’s Grace! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our family! The location was excellent and it was easy to get to destinations on either end of the island. God’s Grace was clean and had all of the amenities you would want/need. The level of comfort we felt really made it feel like home and we cannot wait to return someday.

AMAZING!
We loved our time at God's Grace - everything was perfect from the time we pulled in until we left. We wanted a place on on the beach for vacation - with room for 6 kids, private, not crowded beach, amenties and close to things. This location was perfect. Amy was an amazing host - very responsive to all questions before and after stay. We will be looking to stay here again!! And recommending it to others!
