Welcome to Happy Ours of North Topsail Beach. Located on the Sound side with stunning panoramic views. Second row from Ocean. Spend your evenings on the back deck taking in the most gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding off the private boat dock. Kayaks and paddle board supplied too. This cozy home is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus beach chairs and shade and a cart to carry it all. Love to cook? So do we. We love to have a well stocked kitchen and extra spices. We also take cleaning and comfort seriously and it shows!! A stay at Happy Ours will be a vacation to remember.
(All linens supplied and included in price unlike many vacation homes in Topsail. This means comfy bedding, beach towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths without crazy add-on costs for linens. Plus, you don’t have to make any beds!)
Up to two smaller sized dogs allowed with $150 pet fee. We love your pup gets to vacation with you, so be sure to add the pet fee during booking. (We are unable to allow any bully breeds on this property)
We strongly encourage Travel Insurance especially during Hurricane Season.

Wonderful beach get away!
This property is wonderful! Clean, comfortably furnished, amazing view, and very helpful owners. The kitchen is set up with cooks in mind which for us is perfect. Easy access to great seafood market and grocery. Highly recomend!

Absolutely gorgeous place with a gorgeous view. Hosts thought of everything, even had a 5 port phone charger and a place to stands the phones on their sides for easy access. We will definitely be going back for another stay.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with our 2 grown sons in this beautiful, comfy, well-stocked home. We ate all of our meals at the house to enjoy the view and sunsets! There is everything you need to relax on and off the beach, cook wonderful meals, catch crabs off the dock, kayak and more. The owners also go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is the best! We highly recommend this 5-Star VRBO!

The Perfect Beach House
I cannot overstate how much I loved staying at Happy Ours! It was the ultimate retreat for my family. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated and all the thoughtful touches. Location could not be beat, the beds and linens were super comfy. My highest accolades go to the view and amazing deck. Plus if you love to paddle board or kayak this is the place to stay. Even the family pooch gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing views! Amazing property! Amazing location! We loved staying at this beautifully decorated home overlooking the intercoastal waterway! The most relaxing week with incredible views!
I can’t say enough good things about Happy Ours. The views are just breathtaking. The home is decorated so lovely, the beds are comfortable, the added touches like bathroom products and extra washed blankets to use just made things even more wonderful. We loved that we could enjoy the beach or stay at the house and fish, kayak, and/or paddle board. Thank you for everything!

This property has EVERYTHING you could want in a rental. Beautiful views of the intracoastal, short walk to beach. The house itself is fabulous (i want their interior designer!) With every conceivable amenity - kayaks, paddleboard blankets to cozy up on the amazing couch- I cant begin to list all the thoughtful touches that make the place stand out from others. We will return!

We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts could not be more friendlier! They were extremely helpful and keep just about anything you would ever need in the house and then some. It’s was definitely above what we expected. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our family really enjoyed crabbing, kayaking, and the beach. Beautiful stay in beautiful Topsail!
I cannot say enough about HappyOurs! We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The weather was amazing and the views from the deck were even more! This is hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The host even provided coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, s’mores and more. I have to say her plants around each corner were not only beautiful, but made you feel like you were home! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Wonderful off-season rental
Happy Ours is the best rental property we have ever stayed in! Angela, the host, has thought of everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house is in a perfect location - you can watch sunsets from the back porch and the beach is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and relaxing trip out to the beautiful NC coast. Our stay at Happy Ours was wonderful.,the house is newly remodeled, has 4 bedrooms and one little space outside master bedroom that can sleep two if needed. Furnishings, bedding, are all lovely. Very spacious. The views from back deck of inter coastal were breathtaking. The owners supplied many amenities to make life simpler as coffee, creamer, paper plates and cups, etc. Had a wonderful week.

This was the cleanest house, best stocked home, with the most amazing views. The pictures are beautiful but even better in real life. There is a sense of calm when you walk in the door. The decor is on point, and has everything you could need. The manager was so helpful for our stay!! She promptly responded to any question we might of had, and diligently worked out any issue. You will not regret booking this little slice of paradise

Beautiful home
This is a beautifully updated and decorated home that wonderfully accommodated 6 adults and 1 spoiled dog. The house has everything you could need, from the kitchen with lots of pots/pans/dishes to the very comfortable beds and linens. The water views on the back deck are amazing. Tons of seating inside this home for dining and also for outside with beach chairs, carts, umbrellas and towels. Very short walk to the beach- 5 minutes. We recommend this home with no reservations and hope to be back!

Just gorgeous!!
This home is exceptional! Quiet location looking out to the intercoastal waterway offering the most incredible sunsets. There is abundant light from the many windows, the house is very clean, kitchen stocked as if it was a primary residence, the most comfortable beds and linen, and little touches to make you feel at home. The open living space with giant sectional, coffee station, and selection of games perfectly accommodated our family. Angela is a host extraordinaire who so thoughtfully and graciously exceeded our expectations for our special weekend and we take with us lasting memories and hopes to return soon!!

To start, we have stayed in many vacation rental homes and have been fortunate to have mostly good-great experiences. This vacation home exceeded ALL of our expectations! The home is beautiful! Our first night we experienced a sunset that even stopped the kiddos in their tracks. Saying the home is well equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation us an understatement.
