Great views from four different decks of both ocean and Intracoastal Waterway

Newly remodeled and furnished two bedroom - 1 1/2 bath duplex just steps from the Atlantic. Ground floor entrance with large closet for beach items. Large storage room for safely securing any of your vacation equipment and has secondary refrigerator.
Second floor has large family room with smart tv over fireplace. Queen sleeper sofa and over-sized chair containing twin sleeper. Access to rear covered screened-in porch with two person swing. Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances and kitchen table. Also located on living floor is stacked washer/dryer and powder room.
Top floor has a king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both have decks that provide great views of the surrounding area including ocean views. Large bathroom with double vanity.
There's an outside shower for easy sand removal and propane grill.
You also have access to community dock to launch kayaks, paddle board, fishing and crabbing.(this equipment is not supplied)
*Please note at the current time we do not offer bed linens and bath towels.
Beach access is located on Myrtle Dr which is just steps away. No need to load the car.

Great place!
Clean, well-maintained place that is in a great location. We had a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner was very responsive and helpful to get everything in place. Our family very much enjoyed the stay and we are already thinking about coming back!

Fantastic house with incredible views of sunset
Excellent property, super views, all the comforts of home and the friendliest neighbors. Close proximity to public beach access and has all the beach essentials you will need. We loved it and will be back again.

I recently lost a loved one and I needed a couple days to get away from life. The townhouse was perfect. Clean, steps away from the beach and very accommodating. Perfect getaway for 4-6 guests.

Felt Like Home
We so enjoyed our stay. Rich’s place was well appointed, cozy, very clean, nicely decorated and just felt like home. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and isn’t very crowded, which is great. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing time in Topsail
Our third time coming to this location and it was great as ever. Love the new chairs on the master bed room deck with amazing views of the sound and ocean. Short walk to the beach with all the chairs you could imagine. Really really enjoy our stay here!!! Rich is the best host he is always super quick to respond and the house is always spotless!!

Lovely Home & Awesome Host
If you’re looking to book this lovely home - do it!! We had the greatest week here and would recommend to anyone. The house was clean, cozy, and steps from the beach - with a lot of great beach accessories as well. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view from the top balconies were beautiful. Rich was a very caring and communicative host and the check in/out process was very easy. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great place and location
We had a fun and relaxing week. The house is very nice, spacious for the 3 of us, and well equipped. Rich is great too - I let him know the water hose broke and a new one was connected in an hour. It provides a lot of peace of mind to have a responsive host. We would absolutely stay there again!

Home away from home
This was our third year in a row staying in this location for our annual family vacation. Rich is a perfect host and the house is fully loaded with everything you need. I especially love having two fridges really helps keeping everything cool. Topsail is an amazing beach with a few min walk to the public access. House has chairs and covers with lots of games as well. This is the perfect house with a great host who is always so fast to respond if you ever need anything.

Great Family Vacation
My family and I had an amazing time at this house. Very short walk to the beach, also has some beautiful views of the sound as well. This house was fully loaded with everything you would need. This was the perfect house for me, my young adult daughter and our two doggies. Beautiful home in a great friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. This home is the best I’ve ever rented and I’m picky! It was very clean, full of amenities and had lots of light. The views from the decks were beautiful! The beds were super comfortable. I had a couple of days where I just sat on the deck and read. Access to the beach was convenient. I would rent this home again!!!

Another wonderful time
This was my second visit, I had previously stayed by myself and loved it so much I returned with my husband and pooches :) Richard is very responsive and invested in making sure his guests have a great stay. Six Great Weeks!
This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed six wonderful weeks here. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Rich is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He strives to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. He even added new furniture to the upstairs rear deck after our first time staying there. We hope to get back there soon!

We had an Awesome stay in Topsail. The accommodations are just as listed. The place was clean and well stocked with games and beach items for the family. The location is great close enough to drive to the main areas where the food and shops are and so peaceful at night when you need to unwind. Definitely will return. Relaxing stay
This property was wonderful. Our family had such a great time. The house was clean and everything was well stocked. The views were amazing. We were taking family pictures and Rich had a iron and ironing board at the front door when we got back from the beach. The beds were comfy. Rich was an amazing host and we are so thankful he shared his home with us. We can't wait to come back next year.
