Glamorous 2 Story Beachfront Condo on Topsail Island

This top floor condo with elevator access has unobstructed views of the beach, inter coastal waterway and North Carolinas largest beachfront pool. Additionally, Villa Capriani has 2 grotto pools, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. Guests can eat, drink and breathe in the salty air from the private veranda while listening to kids laughing, waves crashing, and live music playing on the weekends. Dolphin sightings are common and if you look close you’ll find shark teeth and maybe even a megalodon! Excellent food awaits at Splash Restaurant. Guests have rated Splash the best restaurant on NTB. Kids eat free on Saturday and its just the perfect place to relax and listen to live music on a summer weekend.

The unit itself has an open floor plan with incredible views from both bedrooms. Every room has been completely renovated with new furniture, lights, fixtures and flooring. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a closet with a washer dryer. Villa Capriani is close to everything. It’s a short walk to the Seaview Fishing Pier and the public beach park where there’s a playground, basketball, volleyball, fishing piers a kayak launch, bathroom facilities, grills and picnic tables. There’s even a marsh view golf course just over the causeway and a boat ramp under the bridge. Villa Capriani may be the best oceanfront condo community in North Carolina and we believe Unit 303B has the best floor plan, nicest views and finest decor but you’ll need to come visit first to judge for yourself.

Fantastic Location
We just returned from a four night stay. Villa Capriani was a fantastic place to stay for our family. This unit provided us with plenty of space, wonderful ocean views and it’s a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurant. When needed John was always prompt and happy to assist. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

Fantastic fall break
Such a wonderful property & John's condo had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 3, and beautiful view overlooking the ocean, and the pool area. We were there in early October, and the pools were open, and the beach was quiet. We did eat at the restaurant on property which was delicious. There were some pool & beach supplies on the porch, which was a nice addition, as well as some basic cooking supplies (olive oil, some spices, sugar, coffee filters) in the fully-stocked kitchen. John was great with communication. Highly recommend & we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful condo in beautiful Villa Capriani!
We had an amazing week - the condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed to relax and have a great family vacation. The unit was very clean, tastefully updated and spacious. The view is unbeatable! Would definitely come back and stay at this properly. The owner was very responsive and kind. Staff at the property were also very friendly.

Family vacation
Overall our stay was great. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family of four. No fault of the owner but the actual property needs serious maintenance. The main pool was down for almost our entire stay. We were able to enjoy it for 1.5 days. That was not communicated to us prior to check in. Two of the three elevators were down and made for moving stuff in and out very hectic. It would have been nice to have known those important facts prior to checking in and paying full price.

The Villa
Can’t beat a week at the Villa! With access to both the beach and several pools and hot tubs, and having a (very impressive) restaurant on site there is no way you’re not making the right decision! This condo takes the cake as far as comfort, cleanliness, and over all happy and inviting decor. The master bed (which is the only one we tried out) is SO comfortable I came home missing it! And there is plenty of space for extra guests with the pull out couch downstairs. All three bathrooms are super nice and modern and the kitchen is perfect size. You also get the bonus view from your balcony! Definitely recommend!

Great vacation experience
We had a great first stay at John's condo. It was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a very quiet area and we loved everything the resort had to offer as well. We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about my and my wife's stay at the condo. John is a courteous and thoughtful host. It was so comfortable and stocked with amenities that we hardly left the condo. One of my favorites was the massage chair. The view was breathtaking; you could see beaches on both sides. We have been to many places, but this stay was equal to going to a Caribbean island. We felt safe and secure. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and forget about the everyday stressors in life. I give it a 10!!!!!!

5 Star Weekend Getaway
Our little family of three could not have asked for a better location to get away on Labor Day weekend. We all enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and resort. Lovely, clean, smartly decorated unit. We really appreciated the high-top dining table (lots of drawing and games of solitaire happened there!) as well as the comfortable, peaceful bedrooms. Very nice pool area, easy access to the beach, and fine restaurant downstairs (Splash by the Sea; pizza to satisfy tastes of children and adults alike, and unbelievably delicious cheesy grits). John was a responsive, warm host with helpful suggestions for good local spots. Will definitely consider a return trip!

Perfect Stay!
We had a perfect stay! When traveling with a toddler (16 months) you never quite know how things will go, but the trip (thanks to the condo and resort) made it wonderful. Things I appreciated for future "toddler travelers...." - No Knick Knacks!!! I was fully prepared to toddler proof so nothing got broken, but no need! The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and didn't have the usual beachy knick knacks you often see. This felt like home! - Carpeted upstairs! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and carpeted. A definite plus for a toddler learning to walk, but a rare find in beach properties. - The pools and beach were so close! It was great to only have to take a short walk to the beach and pools (neither of which were crowded), but then also be able to quickly make it back upstairs for a nap, diaper change, or to grab something. Ideal location! - Balcony! The balcony had a perfect view of the pools and ocean (I have to think the best location in the resort). But also had a small concrete "wall" before the railings started. This made it possible for my little guy to enjoy time on the balcony with us (live music from the Splash restaurant on Tues/Sat) without having to worry about him trying to squeeze himself and his toys through the railings. Hard to explain, but trust me it was a definite PLUS! We also enjoyed Midgett;s Seafood (get the clams!!), JM's Seafood, the Touch Tank Aquarium, and pier walks. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY! Memories made!

Bait & Switch. Run Away from this Property & Owner. You don't get what you see in the pics!!!!!!
I dont know where to start..but I guess I'll start with we love Topsail Beach and this experience won't ruin that for us:) Its the perfect getaway for family fun and we've had great experiences with our prev. stays. In the past 2 years, we've been down here 5times, no issues, just fond memories of the community, beach and the warm people we've met along the way. We love Topsail so much, we're considering buying a home down here. The issue started with my first message to John after booking the listing based on the pictures and description on VRBO. On the listing as you can see, it has nice views of the ocean and pools off the balcony and windows! so I booked it. It was kind of last minute but we wanted to get a vacation in before school started. Once I messaged J asking about linens, he responded with "oh btw, you won't have access to the balcony" I respond with "why?" he said "the condo will be doing repairs but most likely won't occur until September" I booked my stay for mid Aug thinking no big deal, its not going to happen in Aug...its gonna happen in Sept. ( this was end of July when I booked-very close to the dates I planned on traveling), he would tell me if it did (you know integrity and such )so no big deal. I have rented many places and I think the default in my experiences before J is that every host Ive interacted with has over communicated to a point where I knew what I was coming into. So I gave J the benefit of doubt. Surely he would tell me if active construction was going on- wrong. We got there and it was a nightmare. Our balcony not only was not accessible but was covered with wood boards (to keep the integrity of the door in place - for safety ), a thick plastic sheet, scaffolding and blue mesh. This was on every ocean front window and balcony. No views- None. You can go all the way up to the window put your eyes next to the thick opaque plastic-you can't see anything through it. Here is where things went from a nightmare to frightening. Men not wearing masks-coming into our condo to do active construction( I have 2 toddlers). John then evicting us bc of our complaint to vrbo saying "LEAVE NOW! Ill refund one days rent" Constant noise, banging, no privacy, debris falling to on balcony, dust. J knew this construction was going on after talking w/residents, construction workers there... it's been going on for 3 weeks. Before ppl book (NOT AFTER) they should know active construction is going on. Its called integrity...
