This nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath direct oceanfront townhome makes for a perfect beach vacation that one will not soon forget. The view is absolutely breathtaking from each of the three oceanfront balconies. The lower two balconies also provide easy access directly out to the beach.

Your entry into the home is through the enclosed garage area, which can prove very convenient on a rainy day. The garage will accommodate one full size vehicle inside, and there is also enough parking outside to accommodate two other vehicles. In the garage you will find a full size washer & dryer conveniently located in an enclosed laundry area. From the garage there is access to a ground level patio on the ocean side, from which there is access directly up and over to the beach or up to the oceanfront balconies and the upper living areas of the home.

As you leave the garage area you can take the carpeted stairway up to the first living level. This level has two large bedrooms along with a full bath between them. The ocean side bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. There is a private oceanfront balcony complete with seating just outside the sliding glass doors of this bedroom.
The sound side bedroom on this level is great for the kids; however, it will accommodate the grownups as well. It is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds - (Sleeps 4). This room has a TV along with a DVD for the kids to enjoy in their private quarters. The room is decorated in a nautical theme with lots of decorative items displayed along the upper shelving, bordering around the complete perimeter of the room. This room also has a large private balcony complete with seating just off this bedroom.

As you move on up to the next floor you will enter the main living level with living room, kitchen and a convenient half bath. The ceiling in this room has large exposed wooden beams and is accented with a large decorative ceiling fan with leaf shaped blades. Around the perimeter of the living room you will notice chair railing to match the decorative ceiling beams. For your entertainment there is a large 55 inch flat screen TV along with a DVD. WiFi is also provided throughout the property and out on the balconies. The living area has direct access out to a huge oversized balcony with plenty of seating. From this balcony you are also provided direct access out to the main boardwalk and on to the beach. The views from this location are one of the reasons you are here--simply outstanding!
Across the living room you will find a nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, built-in microwave, range and oven combination, double door refrigerator with water and ice through the door, along with all your small appliances such as coffee pot, blender and toaster. This kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. Just off the kitchen on the sound side of the property you will find another convenient balcony which is great for having that morning cup of coffee before starting another day of excitement at the beach. Also the kitchen has a convenient half bath as well.

Now as you move up the stairs to the top level you will find the master suite which is fit for royalty. This complete top level is dedicated to the master suite ONLY. The first thing you will notice when you enter this large bedroom is the unique exotic wood framed accent ceiling that is like none other you have ever seen. It was completely designed and constructed by a very detailed-oriented master craftsman from the local area. It is truly a one of a kind, and a real show piece. This unique ceiling is accented with another of the decorative leaf shaped ceiling fans hanging high above as a centerpiece.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV with DVD, electric flame fireplace (looks like the real thing), a large jetted Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a huge customized walk-in closet. This closet is equipped with special built-in alcoves for shoes, built-in hangers for those special garments, along with abundant storage cabinets and wooden shelving. It is separated from the master bathroom by double pocket doors and comes with convenient automatic on and off lighting. If this is not enough storage, there is even more. On each side of the master vanity you will find large built-in cabinets convenient for storing all your toiletry items. There is still another storage closet in the master suite to accommodate all those extra suitcases along with a hidden in-wall ironing board complete with iron.

Last, but certainly not least, there is a large direct oceanfront balcony off the master bedroom, complete with seating. The views from this level are, again, simply outstanding. This master suite makes for a great romantic retreat.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.

Family Easter Break
This is a townhome and is connected to three other homes. All 4 were occupied and we didn't hear any noise at all. The property has everything that you could need, Grocery store is a 10 minute drive and the beach was not crowded at all. I have rented a number of beach homes from Alabama to Maryland, and Topsail Beach is by far the most beautiful and the best for shell collecting. The rental agency answered all m y questions and were very accommodating. I would defiantly rent this property again.

Beautiful house located right on the beach!
We had a great time staying at After Dune Delight. The house is decorated beautifully and we loved the port windows in the master suite. The view was amazing from all balconies. The house is located at a perfect place to avoid all the crowds from the condos nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that the carpet in the powder room on the main living area be removed and replaced with tile. The odor of ammonia from urine was overwhelming in there. Thankfully the realty company gave us something to spray to combat the odor. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.
