This room is equipped with a large queen sleeper sofa, two comfortable recliners, an additional arm chair, various coffee tables, end table and lamps and a large flatscreen TV. This room provides direct access out to a large covered porch where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those great ocean views. On this porch is also a nice table with 4 chairs that make a great spot for those that prefer to dine outside.
The kitchen directly adjoins the living area and is equipped with all the required major as well as small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a large stainless refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven combination, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. There is plenty of cabinet space that is topped with luxury granite counter tops. There is space for 3 to eat at the large bar area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room (laundry area) which houses a full-size washer and dryer as well as additional cabinet space for storage.
The dining area is equipped with a large table that will seat 6 and the bar area has bar stools to accommodate 3 others. Also, there is the outdoor dining table on the porch as well which will accommodate 4.
As you ascend to the upper level you will find two bedrooms, a large bathroom and lots of deck space and covered porches.
Bedroom 2 is located on the ocean side of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, dresser, night stands and lamp. This bedroom also provides direct access out to upper oceanside deck where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the beautiful views.
Bedroom 3 which is the master is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dressers, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, lovely wall art and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom provides direct access out to the oceanside deck where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those early morning sunrises. This bedroom also has a private access door to the full bath which is shared with Bedroom 2.
The upper bathroom has double vanities, a walk-inshower, and a large soaking tub that directly faces the sound and salt marshes to the rear of the home. A great spot to relax and enjoy the lovely views.
This home is pet friendly not to exceed two dogs. There is a $175.00 per dog non-refundable pet fee.

ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
