Our home is a completely renovated three bedroom two bathroom Cape. It is on 13 Creekfront acres and also has 2 ponds. It is quite private being on the opposite side of the road of some larger farm homes. Inside our home, you will find a fully remodeled chefs kitchen with GE café appliances. We have two wine coolers built into the island. We have a comfortable couch with a huge beanbag and a very large TV in the living room. We have three wonderful bedrooms. We offer an Amazon fire stick attached to all 4 televisions. The upstairs bathroom has double tropical forest heads, as well as a handheld shower message. We even have a dog shower located in the laundry room. If your Pup goes on an adventure and should get wet and muddy. We have a very large outdoor patio with a sitting area and a 15 foot umbrella. We have a resident blue heron who comes to visit in the pond. We have a long Trex walkway that leads out to a dock overlooking the creek, and a floating dock as well where our pontoon boat is tied. We have just installed a gangway to another floating dock for ease when using the kayaks. Inquire after booking specifically about our boat If you are interested in seeing some beautiful wildlife, our creek is accessible to the Delaware Bay. We offer kayaks for no additional charge. You are more than welcome to fish and crab Out on the dock. We have a built-in hot tub. It is available year-round and sanitized properly in between guests. We have a large outdoor picnic table. We also have a doggie door and a large dog yard that is fenced in. We have placed a carpeted platform out there with two chairs for you to sit with your pups while they play. We also have 2 RV hookups 30 and 50 amps. with water for extra fees. We have an area called the Lookout point if you walk down the small path between the creek and the big pond and you will see beautiful sunsets from there. This is a beautiful sanctuary. You will not be disappointed. A little bit about us, we are super hosts on another platform with 400+ 4.9 star reviews. Could not ask for anything more!
Perfect house to rent! Clean, spacious, great neighborhood, beautiful property, & very dog friendly! My husband & I rent a different house in different states every year for our anniversary & never go to the same place twice; however, we may have to reconsider as this place was perfect & we may come back! The hot tub & deck(s) were relaxing, the location is great & very quiet, we had fun playing basketball, & we loved the dock and being able to watch the sun rise & set. We suffered the loss of a family member right before our stay & were greeted with beautiful flowers and wine, so very thoughtful of Kim. She is great with communication, making sure you have everything you need & more. We took our dogs to 3 parks nearby & Boondocks is a great restaurant just right down the road. The side yard is fenced in & perfect for any pup, & we appreciated the ramp that lead up to the deck with the doggy door. Truly everything we look for in a VRBO!

Lovely property - with kayaks!
We were thrilled with the house and its amenities- the hosts really thought of everything. We had access to three kayaks, a hot tub, crab pots - and a fully stocked kitchen. Driving to Rehoboth Beach took and an hour - and we also visited museums in nearby Dover. Down the street there is a wonderful seafood restaurant- Boondocks- that served us up tasty cooked Maryland crabs.

The Perfect Rental
I can’t say enough about how excellent our stay was! The home was immaculate upon our entry. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated after our long drive. The house inside is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for the perfect stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there were many goodies that awaited us…cookies and candy and even a bottle of wine! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful…even in February. We were visiting family, and it was truly the perfect location. Only 2 miles from my brothers home, which made things so much easier! We hope to return to this home with every stay in Smyrna!

Gorgeous property
The house was absolutely gorgeous! It worked out great being able to bring our dogs with us. We especially enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, beautiful water views & hot tub. The property is conveniently located near town. We're looking forward to another visit in the future!

Beautiful and private waterfront spot with a picture-perfect abode
Staying at this house was like stepping into a magazine! The property is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained with terrific ammenities. The high-end stylish finishes made it feel like there was a photo op everywhere you looked! We really enjoyed walking the grounds and relaxing by the fire pit and in the hot tub. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine and the open layout kept everyone connected. The house is located just a few moments away from several great dining options. The only downside were the plug-in air fresheners - they were a bit much for us, but we simply unplugged them when we arrived and plugged them back in before we left. We enjoyed a short stay while we were attending an event nearby, and our only regret is not staying longer!

peaceful getaway
Comfortable home with many amenities. Quiet street with it's own dock and large yard. We enjoyed the 3 kayaks that were included with the property. There was crabbing, fishing and bird watching all from this property. We even had Captain Joe, the property manager, take us and our friends on the pontoon for 2-3 hour ride to the bay and beach for swimming for an extra fee. It was well worth it. We would recommend to friends and come back ourselves when we get the chance.

Fantastic!!
Stayed at the River House for my friend's wedding weekend. Could not have asked for a better experience! Kim was very responsive to all my questions. The house has absolutley everything you need, including the opportunity to rent a pontoon boat captained by Joe. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but we still had a great time exploring the river and Chesapeake Bay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend get away!
