"My wife and I really enjoyed our two nights at this cabin, it’s back down a winding road right next to a crystal clear creek, you can hear the water running through the rocks while sitting on the back deck. Very relaxing and nice to get away from everything now and then. The Wi-Fi worked great for us and the size of the cabin was perfect. The grounds were very well kept and the cabin was clean and very comfortable. We look forward to coming back! "

"This was the perfect home for our little get-away! The cabin gives plenty of privacy away from other cabins in the area while still being close to town. The overall feeling of the home is peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were amazing with communication and detail, which made everything about our stay easy. Most, if not all, cabins in this area are located along gravel roads, but the drive is so worth staying at The Fir! "

"The place is wonderful. Only complaint was that firewood was supposed to be provided and when we got there there was one stick of firewood left. Had to drive back into town and purchase some and it’s not cheap. Other than that very pleased!"
