"This place was actually great for us. Our room was huge, clean sheets, polite and helpful staff, the water temp was incredibly hot which was perfect. The only things that bothered us was the hot tub was out or service and the vending machines didn’t work when we tried them. It was still overall a great place for us. "

"2nd stay here. Customer service top notch. Nice kitchen dinette area in the room- very clean. The area I supercheck for cleanliness is in the floor corners in the bathroom. That was the only place I felt could use some attention or would have given a 5 for cleanliness. Also had an issue with the toilet water running. Fortunately my husband knew how to fix it, which he did a couple of times including 5 am. Otherwise would have given a 5 for facilities. I am sure if we had requested they would have fixed it but we took care of it ourselves and told them at checkout. Breakfast buffet area was well stocked and meticulous. Even had hot chocolate- a plus for me. Would definitely recommend and return."
