"The Sandcaslte in Fernandez Bay on Cat Island was an absolutely amazing place to stay. This hidden gem is a must if you plan to visit Bahamas. Our stay was August 24th- August 31st, 2024. Minutes from the NewBight airport, grocery store, and rental car. We have visited Cat Island in the past but this by far is my favorite place! The beach is pristine and only steps away! The view is absolutely breathtaking. We had coffee every morning outisde on the patio just taking in the view. The cottage has everything from a coffee pot, beach towels, comfortable bed, snorkel gear, paddle board, kayak. You can kayak to the creek or right around the bay for some awesome snorkeling, be lazy and lay in the hammock, or just float around in the bay. The cottage is neatly decorated and the vibe you get is welcoming. Marianna and Victor are the sweetest host. Upon arrival we had a basket of snacks, cold filtered water, and ice in the freezer. I could literally write a novel on this place but you must experience it yourself. Can't wait to go back and without question will stay there again!!!! "

"We fell in love with this property and Cat Island! The house is exactly as pictured and described. It was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. If seclusion is what you’re after this is the spot for you! We seen two other people on the beach the entire time we were here. Leslie was an amazing host! She had lots of tips for snorkeling spots and restaurants to grab a bite to eat. We had some storms that knocked out the power, when it came back on we discovered a couple breakers were flipped, Leslie responded quickly and reset everything to get us going again. Will definitely be visiting Pigeon Cay and Sundance again in the future!"

"This was our second time on Cat Island. Cat's Cove was nothing less than remarkable. We had really high expectations for the property based on reviews, photos and the video, but when we got there, Cat's Cove so exceeded what we imagined. The home is amazing. Really comfortable and in perfect condition with everything you need. But the location is just unreal. Its on a private beach with a pristine white sand beach on one side perfect for swimming and then a great reef on the other side for snorkeling and exploring. Tons of fish and sea turtles every day. I really cannot say enough. We have been to many islands and stayed in many villas. This was by far the best. In addition, the owners were amazing and super responsive to help with questions. The property managers, Tinny and Debbie were also super helpful and stopped by to make sure everything was good. The grounds keeper, Renaldo needs a big shout out. We loved talking with him and he made us fresh coconut water which was amazing and gave us lots of tips on things to do on Cat! Cat Island is a treasure. You have to go there to understand just how special it is."
