"This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are...

The host was very helpful and a nice touch was leaving binoculars for guests use which was really nice when looking out of the beautiful garden across the open field and the sea at Seaton. "We were looking for somewhere really quiet to spend time after Christmas and this really fitted the bill. Weather was terrible so we didn't make the most of the close proximity of Exmoor and the Quantocks, but the cottage is cosy and very well equipped, so we had a great rest in a lovely setting. We are a 3 generation family and this worked well for everyone. Plenty of communal space to spread out into, good central heating and a beautifully kept garden. "We needed a base in this area for family reasons and the position and configuration of the accommodation suited us perfectly. The yard setting may not be to everyone's taste but it brought clear memories of my childhood farmyard! My husband (in his eighties) found walking on the cobbles a bit difficult. "A spacious house with a lovely little back garden to sit in. Front view is of the allotments leading to a small bridge over a stream with a 10 minute walk to town and seafront. A vibrant town with independent shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Can highly recommend Dukes, The Anchor and The Chattery."

"My husband and I were returning to Budleigh for a wedding anniversary weekend. This was the perfect little bolt hole for our young family with the dog. It was clean, well stocked and cosy. It was lovely to come back to after a day at the beach and the Ed’s were very comfortable too. Fabulous location and there’s a very cute cafe opening up beneath the apartment also. "The property is spacious and very bright. The kitchen is well equipped, large and very functional. The two living rooms are very comfortable with one having access to a patio with lovely views and the other with a cosy fireplace.
