Things which made me reduce my star rating to good instead of excellent: I’ve stayed with you a total of twelve nights this month due to my best friend have terminal illness and then passing away, so my summary of things to improve have been things I’ve consistently found on each stay: Pillows a bit flat, no room bar fridge, room service didn’t answer on two of my stays. Not a great range of food...
