"Full kitchen made the multi-day stay easy after a quick shop at the nearby grocery store. Super clean, great shower, pool was uncrowded and nice. Staff was helpful by registering our two local grandsons so they could swim in the pool. Great air conditioning also. Fresh, modern, and very clean. Expensive, but this is peak season in Newport RI. "

"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"This hotel was A+ Ammazing! It is just a feet from and directly next to car rental, train station to Boston, and to airport lobby, yet it was also quiet and we slept well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will stay there angain. Exactly what we needed!"
