Staff responds to emails immediately for any questions especially about visiting temples in the area of Yogjakarta, helped me to connect with Tyas and Dharma who organized our trips to Borobudur and Prambanan. "The interior from the entrance to reception and lobby has a spacious character of a forest. Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. Such a pleasure to celebrate our vacation with this project which reflects timelessness between tradition and modernity. Congratulations to the architects. A+!! "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning. "

"The breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. They only had one elevator working so that was a bit inconvenient. The location of the hotel is good. It was a few minutes walk to Galleria Mall. It was a bit far from Malioboro. Here are plenty of nearby eateries "

"We love the hotel and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We ate dinner there and the food was good. Bizarrely, wine was unbelievably expensive with the cheapest bottle being over $200. When we said that the restaurant and the front desk they said that a lot of people say that. Roaster and bear around the corner is a very good restaurant with $30 bottles of wine. "

"They made a few mistakes in the beginning with my room but they made up for them with extra excelent service, shout out to Mr Yanto and mba Belinda at Kayu Manis restaurant and all the staff at the restaurant for treating me and my Mom with smile, kindness and professionalism. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Keep the good work 🙏"

"Honestly - I was out here for a business trip - the hotel had very good reviews but within an hour I made reservations at another hotel. The bed was extremely low and maybe slightly broken (it sunk in the middle). The sheets seemed yellow but it could have been the lighting. The shower had mold and brown broken tiles. Half of the sockets didn't work and I couldn't charge my computer or phone. It definitely needs some upgrades as it feels like it's from the 70's. The view was amazing and the fish food - however, I would not reserve this and would not recommend to stay here. Sorry."
