"The updates to the hotel are coming along but that means there's construction noise going on. The staff was very accommodating, helping my wife get checked in a little early. And they did a great job managing the chaos during NYE. We'll give them another shot if we want to stay in the heart of NYC! "

"Absolutely fantastic location - mid town manhattan 10/10 Walkable to a lot of landmarks e.g times sq, 5th ave, st patricks cathederal, rockefeller centre etc - 10/10 Service and staff including the night security was excellent, they were helpful and efficient. - 10/10 Room was affordable and reasonable given the time of year! Room itself was small (to be expected) but there's under the bed storage and enough for a case or 2. Room itself was clean, tidy, shared bathrooms were good too - only...

"The staff here were friendly. The bar / seating area was large and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping comes daily to tidy up and change out towels. We definitely enjoyed our stay here! "

"The property itself is excellent, new and clean. The area around the property is a little sketchy at night, but the good thing is, subway stations are only a 10 min walk at most, so transportation is fairly convenient."
