"Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the...

"This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting."
