One wrinkle that we thankfully were able to overcome (with the owner’s eventual help) was that they attempted to charge us extra per person for linens(!). After paying plenty per night on Expedia for a “luxury” suite, we were shocked at this request, especially when the Expedia listing specifically said that linens were included. "My daughter and I recently enjoyed a weekend away in this cozy cabin. It had everything we needed, was warm, clean, and comfortable. Great location with easy access to Wellsboro, Cherry Springs, and the PA Grand Canyon. I loved that it was private and we felt like we were getting away from everything but there are also plenty of neighbors that we felt safe. Would high recommend!"
