"Quiet far from the airport and the city. Hotel is very nice with a beautiful mountain and lake view. Breakfast buffet is superb; however, with limited dining on lunch and buffet. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Wood Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The view was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. We also dined at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed that as well. Our only issue what that the shower drained very slowly. Since the shower was the same level as the floor, the water soon spread across the whole bathroom. We notified the front desk and I am sure the drain will be clear before the next guest. "

"On my visit to Norway I looked for a property close to where I was working. As a keen golfer I noticed the property advertised an on site golf course and driving range. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. I paid extra to fly my clubs over. To my surprise on arrival there was not a golf course in site or driving range. When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge point either. This has really put me off using hotels.com again now as I don’t know what to expect from the advertised rooms. The room didn’t look anything like the advertised room and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the room was very basic and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. "

"We had a great time staying here! The property was as advertised and check-in was a breeze. Communication was super easy and the host was quickly responsive. You must eat at Mona Lisa in Loten - it was divine!"

"We were visiting family in Raufoss and this was the only lodging available in the area. It’s pricy for what you get but there’s no other option near Raufoss. The property is old and small. Expect a very basic room with no A/C (pretty common in Europe). There are drinks you can buy at the reception desk and breakfast is available."

"Following direct prompting on google to expedia I bought a 195 dollar room for one night in Hamar Hill, Ohio, except it was booked in Hamar Norway and I didn't even notice until I was 1 hour from Hamar... I bought insurance for 16 dollars but because of the time difference expedia would not honor it and this hotel already took the money and would not give it back so I was screwed out of 195 dollars. This hotel is no good. They are thieves who take what they do not deserve. DO NOT TRUST!!!!"
