Traditional Villa Maris, renovated in luxury style, is placed in the small village Bićine, just 1 km from the area of Skradin and Krka Waterfalls. What distinguishes this villa from the others is certainly this magnificent property more than 150 years old, which was the home of famous Croatian literate Nikola Pulić. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy in untouched nature but still be able to visit historical Dalmatian towns nearby.
The villa property includes 2 separate houses and it comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TV and stereo surround system, WiFi Internet connection throughout the property, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor kitchens, a big dining area for the guests, and even 2 swimming pools. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bath tub.
The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace from which guests can enjoy the view of the area or just relax on the deck chairs besides the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 sq. meters big. Also, on the terrace, guests can use 2 stone barbecues and outdoor kitchens while dining on the outside in the warm summer nights. As well, on the property, there are two additional toilets just next to the 2 saunas and also 2 outdoor hydro massage tubs.
Guests can also use 6 bikes and explore the area of the national park or just relax in the beautiful nature of Skradin. Children will surely have fun in the outside area on the slide or in the playhouse.
