Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop,2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group/small family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included.

There is an enclosed patio area with table and chairs for the private use of this accommodation . There is also private parking immediately in front of the accommodation. A small croft can be used which is at the bottom of the house drive , which may be useful for those bringing dogs .

Guest can make use of the private patio area which forms part of the accommodation as well as a small croft at the bottom of the house drive . Private parking area is immediately in front of the accommodation which gives you easy access.
Other things to note
We are dog friendly and have 1 big dog ( Vinny) and 1 medium sized dog (Barney) , both are very friendly boys , and may venture round to see you particualrly if treats are involved ! Because of our dogs, we ask that the main gates are kept shut at all times . The accommodation area is enclosed , so our dogs cannot come into your area .
Whilst the accommodation can cater for four people, the accommodation is cozy and is probably best suited for 2- 3 adults or a small family. The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom.
Please also note that we can accommodate children under 2 however you would need to bring you own travel cot and high chair.
