"After a bit of confusion locating the villa, we were met by our host with a very big welcome. We were shown around the villa and given contact details in case of any problems. Overall the villa met our expectations and we hada very nice and relaxing stay. Our host checked in regularly with us, and even made us some unexpected treats. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind a bit of noise from the airport, this was fine for us, as plane spotting was a big part of our trip, an updated on the directions to the villa would help future visitors. Thanks for a great stay."

"Great value for money in an ideal location"

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"We always pick secluded villas and this villa is perfectly located- a 20min walk to town We drove and the road leading to the villa is a dirt track but easily located on Google maps (Apple Maps incorrect) The villa is perfect for two and not overlooked The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to cook and María was lovely with welcome gifts of ham bread butter wine water beer and a home made cake- the little touches were great- also they leave you a robe and changed the linen twice in a week The pool is cleaned daily and loungers very comfortable Beautiful villa on a beautiful island "

"This hotel has had some bad reviews well to be honest I really don't understand why. The hotel is clean, the views are great, the pool is clean and the breakfast is ok ( we had b&b not half board). Yes you need transport to get about however we walked into town on several occasions and didn't find the 30-40 min walk that bad and we're both in our early 60's, there's actually a free shuttle bus which runs 3 times a day into town and twice back from town. Would we stay here again yes most definitely in fact we're looking into booking for next year👍"
